I had a great experience with this company. From first contact all the way to the end, they were professionals and got the job done beautifully and for less than what another company had quoted. My house is on a greenbelt and we had a ton of wind storms over the last year. I know my gutters needed to be cleaned, however I didn't realize how bad they were clogged. From what Jason mentioned, it was pretty gross. Jason came by and did everything by himself (I expected a big team as it's a lot of work!) and he explained the work that would be done beforehand. He even saw some issues with the siding of my house and showed me the photo so I could get it fixed. He is an all around good dude. I think the biggest revelation with just how bad our gutters were clogged and windows dirty came just a few hours after Jason left. It was raining, and I had heard water loudly dripping down some pipes and I thought I had a leak somewhere. I had a slight panic. Then I realized, oh yeah! I remember that sound. That's the sound of a clean gutter when it is functioning properly! Now I know if I don't hear that sound when it rains, I need to make a call. Also, right before then, a poor little bird came swooping down from a tree and collided with our large and VERY clean kitchen window. That's how clean it was. Poor little guy didn't even see it. He chilled on the patio for a bit and shook it off. He and the window were fine. Anyway.. great people. Great job! Since I am no longer allowed to climb on our roof to clean my gutters, I solicited my neighbor regarding the service she selected for her gutter and window cleaning needs. How do I get a quote, and how is it priced?
Reach out by phone, email, or the website form. Most quotes are handled over the phone. We ask about your property, put together the numbers, and email a written quote. Window cleaning is per pane, with typical residential jobs ranging from $150 to $700 (minimum $150). Gutter cleaning averages around $225 to $250. Roof cleaning runs about $600 to $800 and often higher. Christmas lights are priced per linear foot, all-inclusive. Solar panels are priced per panel.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes. Service Plan customers get cross-service discounts: biannual plan customers get 10% off any other service, and quarterly plan customers get 15% off. Christmas Light Installation has its own booking-window discounts. Book in early October for 15% off, late October for 10% off, and returning Christmas-light customers get 5% off automatically.
Are you insured and licensed?
Fully licensed, bonded, and insured. General liability covers window cleaning and roof access work. Washington State business license and bonding held.
Are your chemicals and products safe for plants, pets, and family?
Solar panels and some window jobs use a water-fed pole with purified water only, zero chemicals. Roof treatment is a zinc sulfate granule (not a powder dump) applied in low quantities. It activates with light moisture and changes the roof’s pH to stop moss regrowth. The quantities we apply are low enough that runoff to plants and lawn is not a concern.
As a standard safety precaution, we recommend keeping pets and family away from the immediate treatment area until the application is complete and the work area is clear.
Do I need to be home during the service?
For interior window cleaning, someone needs to be home to let us in. Exterior services like gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and solar panel cleaning can typically be completed without interior access. Not sure which applies to your job? Give us a call and we will confirm before your appointment.
How do I schedule, and how soon can you come out?
Booking runs through our scheduling system. Reach out with your property details and we will get you a timeline for the next available opening.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Lightning shuts us down, no exceptions. High wind shuts ladder work down because a ladder blowing over is a real safety risk. Light rain or snow does not stop gutter cleaning.
Metal roofs are cleaned in dry conditions only. If we need to reschedule, we handle it through the booking system and get you back on the calendar.
Do you bring your own water?
Water-fed pole work runs off our own purified-water system. We do not tap your hose for those jobs. Gutter cleaning is mostly dry hand-scoop work and rarely needs water on-site.
